This is a women's size 8 blue with white polka dot dress that comes with a matching belt. The front lacy bib ia attached. The Dress is in great shape but my wife no longer works in an office so here it is. There are no rips tears or stains or fraying. Shop with confidence with are excellent return and exchange policy.
